I've ordered carry-out at a significant number of Buddy's Pizza locations and I'd have to say this is one of the best. They are always so diligent in ensuring all of my order is there, always very friendly on the phone and prompt with orders. A manager, I believe her name was Amy, was so very friendly and provided excellent customer service face-to-face when I went to pick up my order. Kudos to this well-ran establishment!
Buddy's Detroit-style pizza is the best I've had so far. (Just moved here; to date I've only tried two brands.)
We wanted to try Detroit style pizza and heard Buddy’s was the best. We were not disappointed! Buddy’s square pizza was awesome! The crust was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The tomato sauce on top was absolutely delicious with just a hint of spice. Great service too. The building itself was a bit dated but we loved its character. All in all it lived up to the numerous awards on the walls.
I recently had a bad experience and the manager Dana made it 100% better. Thanks to the amazing customer service I will continue to do business with BUDDY's I love the salads so much. I appreciate the awesome experience I had resolving the issues!
Was ordering a carry-out. Tried to order online, but site would not accept my gift cards. Called the store and ordered from an employee named Shymelle. She was awesome! Very helpful, kind and easy-going. Haven't been to Buddy's in a while and forgot how delicious it is. The helpful service from Shymelle was a bonus!
We ordered carry out. It was pretty quick (25 min maybe), ready when they said it would be, and was delicious pizza. Staff was nice. Communication was good (texting). I’m glad they have vegan cheese too. They also have more/better options ...
Ok, so the pizza was absolutely delicious - perfectly crispy crust and great sauce to cheese ratio, but the biggest 5 star goes to Miss Tracy. She was the most patient and most helpful person who has ever taken an order over the phone. We were very difficult and very indecisive, and she never once sounded irritated or annoyed and was just so patient and kind and I’m beyond thankful for her. You are the real deal Miss Tracy!!
